- K & K Floors, Inc. is fully licensed and insured.
- K & K Floors, Inc. requests 50% for deposit to
secure the installation date.
- There is 10% charge from the total amount for changing
the installation date, or changing product within 2 weeks of
an installation date.
- All labors are guaranteed for 3 years.
- All work to be completed in a work-man-like manner according to
the standard practices.
- All agreement is contingent upon strikes, and accidents.
- Owners are to carry fire, tornado, and other necessary insurance.
- Our workers are fully covered by worker's compensation insurance.
- We accept all major credit cards.
- K&K Floors, Inc. is not responsible for any subfloor problems that
a homeowner may have.
- K&K Floors, Inc. is not responsible for any plumbing problems due to
the aging of the PVC pipes, or bolts in the kitchen, or in the powder room.
- K&K Floors, Inc. is not responsible for connecting, or disconnecting any gas-lines and eletrical wires.
- Your Right to Use the Site and Its Contents
